Thang and Dinh were the best guides, very professional, funny and safety was number one. This is a great trip if you are willing to be adventurous and push your boundaries. The price may be higher, but they are fully trained and certified, unlike some other companies, so be aware. We had so much fun, lunch was great and the guys made it a memorable experience. Thang and Dinh, just want to say thanks so much and let you know that we were not fit 40 yr olds as you thought, but the truth is we are two 56 yr old Canadian ladies!:-).

I booked a 1-day cycling trip from Dalat to Mui Ne for my family of four. Since we were in the area, we also combined it with a 1-day City & Countryside tour.
All my email communications with Pine Track were excellent and in good English. I prepaid half the tour via international back transfer from Australia and paid the remainder in cash during the tour.
The City & Countryside tour was one of the highlights of our family trip to Vietnam. We visited a weasel coffee plantation where weasels eat the coffee beans and excrete the beans, from which coffee is made. Yes, we drank some!
We visited a cricket farm... and ate crickets! We visited a silk factory to see how silk is produced from silk worms... and ate some worms! We hiked down Elephant Falls, visited a Buddhist temple, a strawberry farm and the famous Crazy House.
We then requested a variation to the typical trip to visit Prenn Falls to do an Elephant ride (at our own expense). In all, it was quite a memorable day!
The second day was our bike ride to Mui Ne. It was exactly as described in Pine Track's website. Most of it was downhill but it was a challenging day of riding through scenic landscape.
Many thanks to Thang, our guide for both days, who speaks excellent English, explained much to us during our tour and helped my children during the bike ride. Also thanks to Minh (?) our driver for a safe and comfortable ride.

5 of us did a day of white water rafting with Pine Track Adventures after stumbling across their tour shop. None of us had ever tried white water rafting before but because of Pine track adventures we had thee most amazing day!!!!
We have been travelling for the past 9 weeks taking part in activities across Vietnam/Cambodia/Thailand and this day is definitely the best day we have had since arriving!
Tin & Coola the 2 guides we had made the day so much fun whilst making us feel completely at ease and safe all day.
It is worth every penny so if you are reading this I urge you to book with these guys you will not regret it!!!

We read some reviews online and decides to go through them. We are very glad we did. The girl who booked us in was wonderful and her son was so cute! We booked the elephant and silk mountain biking tour. Dinh and Tin were our tour guides!!!! My boyfriend mountain bikes all the time, I on the other had really only cruise on bikes by the beach! So it was a bit difficult for me. However Dinh and Tin really made it fun for me and helped me through out the ride. They were both very patient. Lol. I was not good at all. The silk, sake, and coffee bean factories were so cool. Got to see everything. Lunch was amazing! And the elephant waterfalls were the perfect ending to a great day. I highly recommend going with this tour.

Dear Pine Track
We did two trips with Pine Track - a day canyoning and a day cycling to Nha Trang. From when we first entered the office, we were immediately struck by how friendly everyone was. This was reinforced when we were invited out for an "end of year" meal with the staff - it was like being out with one big family - owners, guides, drivers and admin staff were all lovely! The two owners are both also guides who have worked with other major operators in the past, and they take a really active role in making sure everything runs well. When canyoning we saw groups from two other operators, and could clearly see that our tour was the best run of the three options - and our guides were very aware of risks involved with the activity (for example rope length being correct for the abseils so you wouldn't get tangled up in the water at the bottom of the waterfalls). Our cycling trip was great fun, on well maintained Chinese made Giant bicycles which were fine for the journey. We were dropped at our accommodation in Nha Trang, even though it was an apartment and a bit of a pain to find. Throughout, the guides took pictures and videos for us on our camera, which gave us lots of laughs after the tours as well as all the fun we had while on tour. Very highly recommended.

I would like to thank all your team, especially the two guides (Duong and Thao --> sorry, I probably mispelled the names :S), thanks to who I spent a wonderful canyoning trip in Dalat.
They were very nice, funny and helpful. I also really appreciated the small group (3 people) and I believe it is really a good point that you should underline for future customers looking for this kind of trip.
Regarding the vehicle and the food, it was just perfect and I will keep in mind that pineapple has to be eaten with salt in Vietnam :)
The trails were awesome, offering beautiful landscapes and waterfalls on the way. Last but not least, I really appreciate the high quality of the rappeling equipement as well as all the safety precautions.
In other words, this trip is definitely good value and I will highly recommend it to others fellow travellers.

Thanks for a great day canyoning! Our 2 guides were friendly, thorough & very knowledgable, explaining all aspects about the trip/route, day's activities, safety & ensuring we knew how to use all the equipment & were comfortable using it before we did our first jump. They both spoke very good English & were able to explain things clearly to us & they were also very friendly. They were both attentive & responsive.
The vehicle was appropriate & clean (we weren't by the end of the day though!) & the driver was also friendly.
Lunch was great - simple but fresh & yes, there was plenty of food for all of us.
I look forward to doing another Pine Track Adventure some day in the future!

The bike trip was incredible. Amazing scenery and fantastic guides. They were very knowledgable, and more than willing to chat in order to distract me from the fact I was only 1/2 way up a 5km uphill!!!!
Food was great too, very fresh tasting, and exactly what I needed to keep myself going. That bike trip was definitely one of the highlights of my time in Vietnam thus far (as well as the canyoning trip I did with you guys and the day of mountain biking I did with you guys!!!)

Just got into the office today after a wonderful trip.
I cannot say how great you guys were. Nothing was a hassle, you were "thinking outside the box" to keep us entertained and making sure that we had a fantastic time. The Guides were wonderful. Duong is a real asset and through his enthusiasm and skill on a bike made it even more enjoyable for us. There is absolutely nothing that I could suggest to improve your service - you exceeded expectations on so many occasions. I understand that every business has to run according to a certain formula to be a success and you guys have achieved this by providing exactly what your market requires. Therefore - DON'T CHANGE A THING- IF IT AINT BUSTED, DONT FIX IT.
I was very impressed with the quality of the bikes and equipment and Mr Jan on the spanners. Knowing what I now know, next time I would be bringing my full suspension bike, unless you guys already have some in stock, which would not surprise me. You never know what the standard and availability of a good mechanic is and Mr Dan certainly provides the necessary level of confidence.
I spoke at length to Duong about Dalat being the center in south east asia for extreme sports and I think you would do well to persuade this as you are already well on the way. I look forward to the Dalat/ Pine Track MTB race series and the adventure sport series with cross country running, canyoning, abseiling, MB, etc. I would be the first to sign up.
We are already missing the regular couple of 333 beers with the guys and ask them to have a big Yo Yo Yo for us when you get this.
Thanks for making this such a memorable time and look forward to setting up another crazy adventure with your team sometime in the future.
